Our Fees
We charge a flat fee of $10,000 that is paid in advance by wire.
This includes an initial hour consultation via zoom, identification of your goals, and an introduction to a local attorney or broker who can facilitate the process from A to Z including any real estate investments.
We charge $2,000 to open a US Business, Bank Account, and establish a Business Address with $500 opening the account and $500 paying a CPA for annual compliance.
